Stefano oversees financial controls, regulatory compliance, reporting, and the overall operations of the firm. His role spans firmwide interests, integrating strategic financial leadership with operational excellence to drive organisational success and ensure robust governance.

Stefano began his career at EY, where he developed a strong foundation in financial and operational expertise across diverse sectors. In his recent roles, he acted as a key link between the CFO and COO functions for Credit Suisse AG's Swiss division and served as CFO/COO at Tribus Capital Partners. Stefano holds a BSc and MSc in Economics from Ca' Foscari University in Venice, an MBA from Hult International Business School in London, and a Master of Advanced Studies in Applied Technology from ETH Zürich.

Apart from being the firm's “Swiss Army Knife”, Stefano loves to spend his time trekking and cross-country skiing with his wife and unwinding by playing the piano and drums.
