Roberto Barzi

Roberto is a member of the Investment Committee and heads the firm's direct investment activities, overseeing the sourcing, structuring, and execution of deals.

Before joining Adventus, Roberto founded VitaTech SA, a Luxembourg-based private equity healthcare platform, and Fort Rock Capital, a London-based private equity office. He began his career in investment banking at Salomon Brothers, Lehman Brothers, and Greenhill & Co., later transitioning to private equity with 3i. Roberto holds a degree in Business and Economics from Università Bocconi in Milan and an MBA from Wharton in Philadelphia.

Roberto lives in London with his family, carrying the Adventus flag in the heart of the global financial metropolis. Despite his urban base, he has a strong connection to Switzerland, particularly the Engadin mountains, where he enjoys skiing and hiking to recharge.
