Johan is a member of the Investment Committee and leads asset allocation, portfolio construction, quantitative analysis and risk management oversight. In addition, he is involved in all aspects of the manager selection process.

Prior to Adventus, Johan was a Founder and Co-Chief Investment Officer at Tribus Capital Partners, where he managed a successful endowment strategy for over a decade. He started his career in 2002 at Alfred Berg Asset Management in Stockholm, followed by a significant tenure at AllianceBernstein in London and New York. Johan has a BSc (Hons) in Financial and Business Economics from the University of London.

Johan is a family man who balances his passion for investments with a love for skiing, playing multiple instruments, and being the unofficial captain of leisurely cruises through the Swedish archipelago, with his wife and two daughters.
